Sarah Eedy
Sarah started her journey as a light worker in 2009 practicing and training in Usui Reiki, a healing technique rooted in Tibetan Buddhism. Throughout the years she has also trained as a Holistic Nutritionist as well as a Birth and postpartum Doula.
Thru her adventures in life reiki has always been a grounding tool to help her connect with spirit and community and allow life force to flow in every aspect of life.
Reconnecting with her passion for healing after her daughter was born in 2018 she received her reiki master level in 2021 and is happy continuing to expand her knowledge.
Sarah’s ultimate intention is to assist her clients in empowering themselves and in finding their own inner truth and compassion for their healing. She believes we all hold the gift to a fulfilling life through our heart center.
