Jenny Stewart

Being active and moving has always been a part of Jenny’s life. A student first, always learning and exploring movement practices. She started yoga in her late teens for the breathwork and meditation to help with some health concerns, and then feel in awe with vinyasa and flow styles.

Several years of training including a 500hr advanced yoga program which focused on vinyasa/flow, restorative and purposeful sequencing and more recently completing the 300hr Advanced Heart & Bones training program.

Classes are a fusion of yoga, mobility, strength, and breathwork. Every class is creative, accessible, offering options with variety and diversity within the movements to keep your body and mind curious and aware.

The aim is to foster a space that is safe, down to earth and real. To feel like you can move and gain tools to make your movement practice safe and empowering.

Jenny's other true passion is working with animals and part of this work is traveling to India to educate and offer karma work to animal groups while exploring the rich culture, warm people and yoga.
